Common areas and gardens of a 48-villa estate; 45% water savings with low-water Mediterranean planting.
In an estate of 31,000 m² we designed the common areas, entrance plaza, walking trail and villa gardens, using Mediterranean plants that tolerate Bodrum's summer drought.
Technical
Central irrigation automation with 38 hydrozones and soil moisture sensors. The entrance plaza has 14 mature olive trees and shaded palm groups. Lighting is 12 V LED with 640 fixtures.
Result
Annual water use fell from 18,400 m³ to 10,100 m³ and maintenance cost by 28%. We hold the maintenance contract.
